"403 forbidden"

I recently created a very minor web page using CMSimple 5.21.
I tested it in a subfolder of my personal web page, and all was well.
I then bought a separate domain (teologisk-voksenundervisning.dk), uploaded the same CMS and content with the same hosting company, and now the computers of several friends (and myself) give "403-forbidden" messages.
The peculiar thing is than one colleague CAN access the page. And I can access and even edit it on my iPhone
– but on my PC, whether I use Firefox, Chrome or Edge: Access forbidden.
I'm using a computer from a Danish university – the other people unable to access the page work for a different large organisation, so very likely something to do with strict security?
But I can access other pages, managed in CMSimple as well and hosted with the same provider ...
(I realize, it may have nothing to do with CMSimple; but the again, it might?)
